The NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® PREMIO loyalty programme is open to all natural persons of legal age who have an account on the website and are resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

If you are registered in our webshop www.dolce-gusto.ch, you automatically receive access to the PREMIO programme. Only one PREMIO account is accepted per person: the same name, postal address and email address.

Firstly, you need to create a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® account, which will only take a minute, and will give you automatic access to PREMIO CLUB. To earn points, simply enter the codes you find inside the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® and Starbucks® by NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® boxes.

Start by downloading the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® app and creating an account. Now pair your NEO machine with the app, and you’ll have access to PREMIO CLUB! With NEO, PREMIO is based on real-time consumption, so you automatically earn 10 points for each coffee you brew.

How to collect PREMIO points and benefit from exclusive rewards:
- Collect the codes located on the inside of the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® and Starbucks® by NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® capsule boxes.
- Log in or create an account in the webshop here . Once you have created your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® account, you will automatically receive access to the PREMIO programme. - Enter the 12-digit codes from the inside of your capsule boxes manually in your account here or scan the QR code via the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® app.

Once you have entered your codes on the PREMIO loyalty programme page, the points will be automatically credited as follows:
- 100 PREMIO points for packs of 12 or 16 capsules.
- 200 PREMIO points for packs of 30 capsules.
- 100 additional PREMIO points for the first code scanned.

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn, but the following restrictions on scanning codes apply: - A maximum of 30 codes can be added per day (15 codes from a pack of 12 or 16 capsules + 15 codes from a pack of 30 capsules). - A maximum of 60 codes can be added per week (30 codes from a box of 12 or 16 capsules + 30 codes from a box of 30 capsules). - A maximum of 100 codes can be added per month (50 codes from a box of 12 or 16 capsules + 50 codes from a box of 30 capsules). - A maximum of 500 codes can be added per year (250 codes from a box of 12 or 16 capsules + 250 codes from a box of 30 capsules).

PREMIO points have no monetary value. This means that you cannot receive the equivalent of the selected reward in cash, request an exchange for other goods or services, or have your points converted into money.
